Owner of Elite meats – Corey, was finally able to install 3x 3125mm wide stand-alone De Rigo Milos cases to his new but very overdue store within the recently extended Bush inn Mall in Riccarton. The cabinet line up really enhances the fresh meat display.
All cabinets are integral, rated M1 for fresh meat display with a very passive delivery of -2/+2c temps to product display.
Access for cleaning the cabinet including glass panels is available through the lifting glass front panels on pneumatic struts. This is also great for the ease of merchandising your product.
Stainless steel rear prep counter, rear sliding acrylic doors & under storage refrigeration, help Corey and his team with effective preparation and delivery of their product. A stainless steel display deck with a reddish LED light tone to highlight the fresh meat product and round out the cabinet specification which all add to the display and storage abilities of the equipment.
The De Rigo Milos is a multi-functional cabinet, manufactured in Italy and available as both integral or remote. Several configurations are available which make it suitable for a wide range of product, especially fresh food such as deli, meats and bakery items.
