The recent owner/operator of Raeward Fresh Bishopdale, Justin Blackler proudly opened New World Ravenswood last month. This is the first New World store to open during lockdown so it was a very different type of opening. There was no standard ribbon cutting, instead, a safe store experience for staff and customers alike was followed to the tee. You can find this store just off HWY 1 north of Woodend, opposite the Pegasus town.
The Inter-Fridge team supplied a smart solution for Justin’s produce department, consisting of a 22.5m long chiller. This was made up of 6 x 3.75m multiplexed sections. The produce chiller from De Rigo is the Euro Bali model and is a great, remote chiller with a narrow footprint.
At the end of the lineup is a 2m wide chiller with doors for beverage display (also a De Rigo Euro Bali). The same model of equipment provides a smart, consistent look to the store.
When you walk through the store, you’ll notice some open trough displays as well. Inter-Fridge supplied two 2.0m wide open top De Rigo dual temp merchandisers with sliding lids. Having the dual temp function allows Justin and his team to merchandiser a range of products here, switching from chiller to freezer easily.
